Important Information

Please note:  A processing fee applies  for all credit and debit card transactions.

For water disconnections due to non-payment, please call Utility Billing at 563-589-4144.  For payments made after water is disconnected, it may take up to 24 hours for service to be restored.

First-time Users: Use your Account Number and Customer ID Number to create your account. Both numbers can be found on your utility bill.

Our office hours are:

Monday - Thursday                                            7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Friday                                                                  7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
